With who we ship?
We use PostNL as a preferred partner for the shipment of Donna Felìcia Products in the countries listed above.
What are the costs and additional discounts?
The shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart before submitting the order. For orders coming from the Netherlands and above € 50.00, the shipping is free.
When do we ship?
Orders received from Monday to Friday are processed (namely: handed over to PostNL) the same day or the next working day following receipt of the order. Orders received on Saturday and/or Sunday are processed (namely: handed over to PostNL) on Monday or following Tuesday.
What are the delivery times?
For orders from the Netherlands, the customer will receive the package within 1-3 working days from the completion of the order (except in cases of force majeure or delays beyond our control). For orders from the European countries mentioned above (namely: Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, and Sweden) the customer will receive the package within 2-5 working days from the completion of the order (except in cases of force majeure or delays beyond our control).
What happens if I am not present during the delivery?
The postman will deliver the package (up to 2 times) to the shipping address indicated by the customer in the order. In case it is not possible to deliver the package both times, the package will be delivered to the nearest post office. The customer will be notified by a message indicating where to pick up the package.
